We have assembled a "state of the art" digital title plant, along with a staff of highly qualified title and escrow officers. Our escrow officers are certified Limited Practice Officers, permitting the preparation of legal documents typical to the normal closing. The efficiency offered by this additional service enhances our ability to provide our customers with complete, prompt and accurate closings.
A Brief History
PACIFIC ALLIANCE TITLE, LLC is the continuation of the service-oriented philosophy of its owner, Larry S. Goodman. Following many successful years in local real estate sales, Larry founded Bankers Trust Escrow in 1989, later renamed Escrow Pacific, LLC, providing independent closing and escrow services to Yakima Valley, with the additional service of contract collection. Observant to the needs of customers, an additional office was opened in Sunnyside, Washington, providing contract collection, closing and escrow services to the lower Yakima valley area and adjacent Benton/Franklin County. With the addition of a full service title plant, PACIFIC ALLIANCE TITLE, LLC is the latest evolution of Larry's commitment to provide uncompromising service to customers.
