Responding to COVID-19: Our Updates

To our Valuable Clients,

Yakima Health District has implemented a Stay at Home Order for Yakima County Residents. Title and Escrow services fall under an essential service that will remain open. We want you to know that Pacific Alliance Title is fully functional and prepared to handle all transactions. Keeping safety at the forefront of our daily operations, we have created measures for our team members and clients to exercise precaution and responsibility.

What are we doing?
Pacific Alliance Title’s leadership team is continuously monitoring the situation by taking guidance from the CDC and local authorities and responding rapidly to changing situations. To ensure we are doing all we can to keep our team and clients healthy and slow the spread of COVID-19, we have taken proactive steps to ensure our professionals and team members have all the information, support, and systems to continue to provide our clients with our full suite of services in a seamless manner whether working remotely, or from within our offices.

For our clients:
Until further notice, our offices are closed for walk-in traffic and will be scheduling signings by appointments only. When scheduling your in-person signing appointment, we ask that you consider the following questions. If you are able to answer “yes” to any of these questions, please contact your escrow officer to explore potential options for signing, or possible postponement.

1.Have you or household family members returned from international travel within the last 14 days or from an area identified as a “hot spot” within the USA?
2.Have you or household family members had close contact with or cared for someone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 14 days?
3.Have you or household family members experienced any cold or flu-like symptoms in the last 14 days (fever, cough, sore throat, respiratory illness, difficulty breathing)?

When coming to our office for an in-person signing appointment, we respectfully ask that you limit the number of attendees for the signing appointment to those necessary to the transaction. Social distancing is practiced in the office and all signings will be held in our large conference rooms, by appointment only. We have provided hand sanitizer in every meeting space, disinfecting has become a normal practice after each signing, and pens are a plenty and encouraged to take as a gift. The waiting area will be closed and communication will be set to ensure the safety of all clients. We will schedule appointments in a staggered manner to maintain social distancing.

Sharing advice to stay healthy
We are reminding everyone to follow guidance from public health authorities. If you’re sick, stay home and away from others. Wash your hands frequently, and cover your cough or sneeze. For more information, visit the World Health Organization website.

Our clients and community continue to be at the center of everything we do. Please reach out to your Pacific Alliance Title representative if there is anything we can assist you with.

Thank you,

Your Pacific Alliance Title Team
