4 real estate podcasts to listen to right now

A few years ago, it seemed like everyone’s New Year’s resolution was to start a podcast. That’s not what this blog is going to suggest you do. Don’t get us wrong: Podcasts are still a great marketing tool for real estate professionals who want to try their hand behind a microphone. However, they take some initial commitment, and it always takes time to build an audience.

But listening to podcasts – that’s easy! You can listen to episodes anywhere, and they’re great learning tools. Plus, there are literally podcasts on anything, including real estate. Here are four podcasts to try out in 2023.

The Over Ask Podcast. You may think Broke Agent only does memes, but it’s been producing one of the best podcasts in the business for a while now because hosts Eric Simon and Matt Lionetti aren’t afraid to talk about anything with anyone (hence the name). Featured guests have included Ryan Serhant and real estate TikToker Glennda Baker. While the entertainment value is high, there’s plenty of industry insight mixed in too.

The Tom Ferry Podcast Experience. Tom Ferry has worked diligently to become a household name in the industry. His show features plenty of tips, tricks and advice for investors and homebuyers. Tom also has a popular YouTube channel that’s worth checking out.

Lab Coat AgentsThis podcast is weird in all the right ways. Hosted by a trio of experts, this production was born from a Facebook group and has only grown its following exponentially as it aims to “explore the science of real estate.” Expect talk on tech, collaboration, education – and plenty of fun.

Real Estate Training & Coaching SchoolPodcasts take time to plan, produce and publish but don’t tell Tim and Julie Harris that. This duo of real estate coaches puts out a daily podcast for your listening pleasure. Its goal? To deliver no-fluff lessons for real estate agents, of all kinds and experience levels, while also talking about real estate news and trends.
